All prizes must be used during the 2009 PracticeOne Client Conference and are not transferable. Winner must be present at the 2009 PracticeOne Client Conference to receive prize.  Cancellation of participation in conference forfeits the prize.
Criteria for all THREE conditions must be met, including registration, payment, and accomodations reserved at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
* Two nights complementary hotel stay includes hotel and applicable taxes only.  All other fees incurred during stay are the responsibility of winner.  Two nights complementary hotel stay must take place during two consecutive nights between October 26-28, 2009 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and is not transferable.
** Tickets will be arranged for by PracticeOne based on availability on October 26-28, 2009 and presented to winner at the 2009 PracticeOne Client Conference.
